Born in Louisiana and raised in Houston, Texas, Sharve is a triple threat (actress/model/singer) started performing at the young age of seven and has captured audiences with her vocal ability. “As soon as I got a microphone in my hand, I realized I wanted to do this” “Music has always been my first love,” she said recently.
This 14-year-old vocal powerhouse has honed her performance skills, appearing at countless talent competitions, festivals, pageants, and other events in Texas including singing the national anthem at the Sugarland Skeeters Minor League baseball game, and NBA All-star weekend activities. Inspired by the greats such as Whitney Houston, and backed by a strong belief in God and solid family values, Sharve is ready to see where destiny takes her in the next step of this musical journey.
Big things are in the works for Sharve and she is planning on taking the world by storm with her debut single “What You Think I’m On” featuring Young Marqus. The single was written and produced by multiplatinum singer/songwriter Tami Latrell. Sharve is still in the process of recording new music and her debut EP is scheduled to be released in 2014.
Sharve is not only a musical artist but believes in giving back in her community. In September of 2012, Sharve’ started a nonprofit organization, iKOOL (Kreating Our Own Legacy) with the mission to empower teens to use their creative talents as a vehicle to make positive changes in the community and to encourage kids to leave a legacy behind. Sharve’s first program. “Sharve’s Sweeties,” in the beginning stages. She has partnered with MD Anderson Kids Cancer Center to assist with this mission and will be integrating this with her Sweetheartz Tour beginning October 2013.
This young superstar is on the rise to greatness and ready to take the music world by storm.
